LIVE: Internazionale v Milan - Champions League semi-final second leg

Join me for live updates as Internazionale look to book a place in the Champions League final for the first time since 2010. Inter's 2-0 first leg win means that Milan have it all to do if they are to turn it around. Which team will be celebrating at the end?

That is all from this live blog, thank you for joining.

Inter thoroughly deserved the victory as they look forward to facing either Manchester City or Real Madrid in the final.

Martinez's second half strike was the difference on the night but in truth it could have been by more as they saw out the tie comfortably.

Milan gave a better account of themselves tonight but ultimately they couldn't recover from last weeks disastrous start. They did not have a shot on target in the second half and Leao did not look fully fit.

Their best chance of the game fell to Diaz in the first half and they may look back on that and ask what if?

93' (1-0) - FULL TIME - Inter have done it! A 3-0 aggregate win seals their place in the Champions League final. They took control of the second half tonight and Milan could not trouble them.

91' (1-0) - Lukaku almost makes it two, he works the ball on to his left foot but his shot is batted away by Maignan at his near post.

90' (1-0) - 3 minutes of added time

90' (1-0) - The party has started in earnest here, as the San Siro screams Ole to every Inter pass.

88' (1-0) - Milan are continuing to push for a goal but it is in desperation, Inter still look the more likely on the break.

84' (1-0) SUBSTITUTION - The San Siro salutes Martinez as he enjoys the adulation. Correa comes in for him. Gagliardini also comes on for Barella.

83' (1-0) In the three meetings between Inter and Milan this year, Milan have yet to score. They need 3 in 7 minutes here.

81' (1-0) - YELLOW CARD - Krunic is booked for a late tackle and Tomori joins him having run 30 yards to push an Inter player.

Martinez is also booked from Inter in the melee.

Frustrations are starting to boil over for Milan.

77' (1-0) - YELLOW CARD - Martinez almost makes it two but Maignan claws away his lobbed effort.  Barella and Tonali were booked in the aftermath after they squared up to each other.

76' (1-0) - SUBSTITUTION - Two subs from Milan as Origi and Saelemaekers come on for Diaz and Messias.

74' (1-0) - GOAL - Martinez puts Inter 3-0 up on aggregate as the stadium erupts. Lukaku sets up Martinez on the left hand side of the box. The Argentinian took one touch and drilled a left footed shot into the bottom corner as Maignan cant get enough on it to keep it out. Game over

Maignan may be disappointed to concede a goal at his near post but it had too much power on it for him

69' (0-0) - a cross finds Leao in the box but he attempts to cushion the header into the path of Diaz and Onana collects easily. Could he have tried for goal there?

66' (0-0) SUBSTITUTION - Inters' manager, Inzaghi, freshens up the team. Lukaku comes on to replace Dzeko while Gosens replaces Dimarco.

64' (0-0) SUBSTITUTION - Thiaw is unable to continue and Kalulu takes his place. A like for like change from Milan manager Pioli.

63' (0-0) Thiaw is now struggling with a knee injury. The Inter fans are making a lot of noise, the celebrations have started for them already.

56' (0-0) - YELLOW CARD - Thiaw gets the first card of the game. Inters' Martinez knocked the ball past him at the halfway line and Thiaw dragged him down.

51' (0-0) - The referee blows for a free kick in the Milan area. It looks like Acerbi stamped on Tonali's foot but no cards were given and VAR are not interested.

50' (0-0) - Its been an even start to the half, Milan's challenges have started to look a little desperate as they try to recover possession.

46' (0-0) - We are back underway with Inter on the attack.

Milan looked a threat early on but Inter have been dangerous on the break. If Milan have any chance they will need more from Leao and Diaz. The one time the Portuguese attacker found himself with the ball near the box he nearly opened the scoring.

Inter will be feeling fairly comfortable at half time. They are 45 minutes away from the Champions League final.

HALF TIME (0-0) - The referee brings a compelling first half to a close.

45' (0-0) - 3 minutes of added time have been announced.

43' (0-0) - SUBSTITUTION - Mkhitaryan has been struggling for the last few minutes and he has succumbed to the injury. Brozovic takes his place.

40' (0-0) - Its another chance for Martinez as he shifts the ball onto his left foot on the edge of the box. His shot has the power but not the accuracy as it rises above the left hand corner.

39 (0-0) - HUGE SAVE - An Inter free Kick goes into the box and Dzeko flicks it on towards goal at pace. Maignan reacts brilliantly to keep it out.

38' (0-0) - Just as I say that he takes on Acerbi on the left hand side of the box, he has the beating of him but his left footed shot goes past the back post.

37' (0-0) - Milan need to try to find a way to get Leao into the game. He has been unable to have an impact so far.

35' (0-0) - The game has settled down a bit. Dumfries was down for a couple of minutes with a head injury after a coming together with Hernandez. He is ok to carry on as both teams take the chance to have a breather.

30' (0-0) - Inter have are continuing to put pressure on Milan's defence. Three corners have been swung in but Milan are holding firm.

25' (0-0) - Inter have finally got a foothold in the game as Dumfries breaks behind the Milan defence but he cant pick out Dzeko in the middle.

23' (0-0) - Mkhitaryan has two chances as Inter produce nice combination play through the midfield. His first shot is blocked by Hernandez before Dzeko lays it off to him at the edge of the box but he cant keep the shot down.

13' (0-0) - End to end stuff here. Martinez's shot is saved by Maignan but it wouldn't have counted as Dzeko was offside in the build-up.

19' (0-0) - The game is still being played at a fast pace with Milan controlling possession but they have not been able to work another chance. Inter are looking to ride out the storm.

11' (0-0) - BIG CHANCE - the ball is played to Diaz in space in the box but his side footed shot is jumped on by Onana. Great work by Tonali to set him up but he should have done better.

10' (0-0) - Milan have controlled the last few minutes. Giroud just beat the keeper to the ball at the back post but it was scrambled clear for a corner before a Milan player could capitalise.

5' (0-0) - Milan respond with a long distance shot from Theo Hernandez which flew just over the bar. Onana didn't move as he watched it anxiously go over his right hand corner.

3' (0-0) - Inter have again started the brighter of the two. A cross from Dimarco was headed across goal by Barrella where Dzeko struck a ferocious shot which Maignan saved. The ref eventually pulled it back for a nudge from Barella.

1' (0-0) - We have started and Inter are already on the attack with a long throw into the box from Dumfries, but the referee blows for a foul.

The teams are out on the pitch as the Inter fans unfurl an impressive tifo of what looks like Clint Eastwood...why not. They are in fine voice

Rafael Leao is included in the Milan starting XI after missing the first leg. Simon Kjaer drops to the bench after struggling with Dzeko last time around, Malick Thiaw takes his place.

Milan: Maignan, Calabria, Thiaw, Tomori, Hernandez, Krunic, Tonali, Diaz, Messias, Leao, Giroud.

Inter Milan manager Simone Inzaghi has named an unchanged team from the first leg which means Edin Dzeko will once again lead the line:

Inter: Onana, Darmian, Acerbi, Bastoni, Dumfires, Barella, Calhanoglu, Mkhitaryan, Dimarco, Martinez, Dzeko.
